About Francis Clark

Francis Clark is delighted to have merged with Winter Rule.

Francis Clark has been committed to opening a Cornwall office to serve our already considerable Cornish client base so merging with an established firm which we greatly admire has provided the ideal solution.

The two firms share a remarkable synergy particularly in their culture, ethos and work ethic. Both were founded over 90 years ago and both are known for developing strong, personal and lasting client relationships whether they are with individuals, start-up businesses, owner managed businesses or large corporate entities.

Both firms are progressive and forward looking and are noted for going the extra mile and providing real value added, partner-led client services. By sharing our considerable resources, we are able to further enhance these services with dedicated sector teams and departments.

Francis Clark is nationally recognised for its award-winning tax and audit teams while its depth of specific expertise is apparent particularly in its Insolvency Department, VAT team, Renewable Energy team, and Grants Funding team.

Shared resources will also expand the new firm’s scope for internal training and career development and help us to recruit the very best local talent available.

Together we aim to make a real difference and to provide advice that is innovative, bespoke and inspired while remaining practical, realistic and cost effective.
