Experience
As part of the Corporate Finance team at Francis Clark with Winter Rule David heads up most of the Finance Raising assignments at the firm.
His expertise in liaising with the various finance bodies and in balancing the many elements required in such deals has proven successful in assisting many SMEs to get the funding they needed to achieve their goals.
His experience includes:
- Raising Finance for growth companies - packages of finance to include grant, equity and debt
- Financial projections and business plans
- Profitability reviews – dissection and analysis of business performance before making recommendations for improvement
- Business valuations for business transactions, matrimonial disputes, probate and share option schemes
- Corporate restructuring including mergers and demergers, formation of groups, transfers of trade, incorporations and liquidations
- Acquisitions and disposal of companies and businesses including negotiations, sales and purchase agreements, warranties and indemnities
With a grounding in Audit and Personal tax work, it is David's commercial and communication skills that have ensured his successful record in assisting client’s access grants, and equity funding for their expansion projects and business start-ups.
