Jason is a Manager in the Corporate Department specialising in the Legal and Professional Services sector.

His experience includes:

• The legal sector and professional partnerships including the provision of guidance on accounting issues, regulatory requirements and business development
• Development of client’s in-house management reporting systems and procedures including implementation of new accounting software and conversion issues
• Accounts preparation and advisory services to sole traders, partnerships, Limited Liability Partnerships and Companies
• Statutory reporting in accordance with the Companies Act 2006
• Specialist reporting under regulatory frameworks including the Solicitors Regulation Authority, Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and National Association of Estate Agents
• Assisting businesses with changes in trading structures such as LLP and Company conversions
• Assisting in tax reporting requirements and tax planning for both businesses and individuals
