Robert is a Partner at Francis Clark with Winter Rule specialising in the Rural and Agricultural sector.

His expertise includes:

• Specialist knowledge of farming and rural businesses
• Succession planning
• Advising small and medium owner managed businesses on a broad range of financial and taxation issues
• Inheritance tax and Capital Gains Tax planning for rural businesses
• Tax planning and mitigation
• Diversification
• Capital Allowances planning

Robert also heads the small and medium business department in Truro. 

He is a member of the Farming and Rural Business Group of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a committee member of the Country Land and Business Association Cornwall branch.

Additionally, Robert is Governor and Chair of the Finance Committee of Truro School and Secretary to the Audit Committee of Cornwall College.
