Winter Rule has long recognised the need for a service to our clients that extends beyond compliance services e.g. preparation of year-end accounts. We have found that our clients often look to their accountants to play a role in the development of their business.

What are Business Advisory Services?

We define 'Business Advisory Services' as 'helping the client to get from where they are to where they want to be'. We do not pretend to be experts in every type of business or in every business aspect. What we can 'bring to the table' is:

  • A structured approach to decision making, including strategy formulation;
  • Knowledge and experience of a wide range of businesses and situations faced by businesses and their Owner/ Managers

Business Advisory Services: delivery through client managers

All managers are encouraged to form close working relationships with the clients. Meetings more often than not embrace issues such as 'what does the client want from their business' and 'is the business delivering?'
