Experience
John Endacott is a Tax Partner at Francis Clark with Winter Rule where he heads a specialist tax team providing tax help to entrepreneurs and private clients.
He is a fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and also of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
John provides high level tax advice combined with commercial acumen in terms of managing and advising on personal and business transactions. He can assist with tax planning in respect of capital gains tax, inheritance tax and income tax as well as advising on specialist tax reliefs such as entrepreneurs’ relief.
Based in our Truro office, John acts as a trustee for a number of our clients and heads up our services for all our trust clients. He is able to offer specialist expertise in trust and estate tax planning.
He is a regular writer in the professional tax press and occasional lecturer especially on capital gains tax, having gained a national reputation for his expertise in capital gains tax in the UK.
John is also a director of our sister business, Winter Rule Financial Planning Limited. He is a qualified independent financial adviser.
